Likewise he delivered his heartfelt message uplifting the image of the police and the PNP organization. Christmas is indeed a season of giving. As such, instead of having a luxurious celebration for his birthday, the RTC 8 Regional Training Director, PLTCOL MARLON D PAISTE and his family, chose to spend his special day with the people of Brgy. 86 Fisherman's Village, San Jose, Tacloban City where he, together with the RTC8 choir, serenaded the audience with Christmas carols and gave bundle of joy to identified beneficiaries. Likewise, the RTC 8 PINAGSARIG Squad Drillers also performed at the event to entertain the audience. This is his simple way of giving thanks to the Almighty Father with all the blessings he received, and thus sharing these blessings to those less privileged families.
